An  enzyme  concentrate  to provide  dough strength,  water absorption,  oven  spring and tolerance  to  bread,  rolls  and other yeast  raised  products.    

BR-120 Concentrate uses  a synergistic blend  of strengthening enzymes  that eliminate  the need for  ADA.  BR-120 Concentrate provides  maximum  cost efficiency.
